MediSieve Ltd, a biotech company which has developed an innovative blood filtration device, in December 2020 welcomed Cristina Piñel Neparidze and Danny Gold as new team members.

Cristina is studying BSc Medical Biosciences at Imperial College London. During her 5-month internship she will be working on the sepsis project. She is also a writer for the Imperial Bioscience Review. The company looks forward to implementing her ideas and suggestions.

Danny joined the team as a Simulation Engineer and will work on further developments of MediSieve's products. He will combine his knowledge of Medical Engineering with the Ansys Simulation Software, gained from the partnership with Ansys in the beginning of the month. Danny started out as a laboratory volunteer at UCL and holds a Meng in Bioengineering from the University of Sheffield.
